You are warmly invited to EntheoGEM Embodied, a 3-night immersion into the exquisite intelligence of your body, breath, and being. (From Thursday afternoon through Sunday midday. The retreat occurs over 4 days with 3 nights' accommodations.)
This retreat is an initiation, an awakening in motion, weaving stillness and surrender, play and presence.
Set in a comfortable countryside sanctuary just outside London, this intimate gathering invites you to shed layers of protection and polish the gem of your truest self, raw, radiant, and real.
Together we will move, breathe, unwind, unravel, and re-member.

OFFERINGS
Breathwork
Breathwork and pranayama are complimentary to sitting practice and can often catalyze an entheogenic state of consciousness. Everything we need lies within. Daily breathwork will be incorporated into the program by experienced and certified (GBPA) breathwork guides.
Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic dance is a powerful tool for embodiment, feeling, moving energy, and expressing ourselves freely. We dance in silence and without performance or expectation. Celebrate being alive and move your body to the beats of this carefully curated journey! All is welcome here.
Death & Rebirth
Depending on local regulations, carefully chosen and respectfully collected sacramental medicines will be utilized to support an ego death ritual, for our expansion and integrated wholeness. Some medicine we take for the body. This medicine is also for the heart and soul. We provide an impeccable space that is safe, secure, solid, and sacred. Sound Bath
Sound Baths are like meditation dessert. Allison Avalon masterfully weaves together a multi-instrumental experience, with angelic vocals, and spoken word to guide us all on a 90 min sonic, somatic journey deep inside. You'll be laying down with eye masks to fully rest and receive.

Body Scan Meditation
Body scan meditation provides a powerful foundation for surrender practice. This somatic meditation helps to focus the mind, cleanse the cellular memory, and experience states of profound presence and liberation. Known to be the technique used by the Buddha under the bodhi tree, we find this practice essential for integration of altered and peak states of consciousness.
Shibari
Shibari, an ancient art from Japan, offers a profund and tangible somatic experience of surrender and control. We utilize ropes here in a sensual way to help you feel yourself and to feel being held. Through bondage we can recognize freedom. *Please note: We are not using bondage in an erotic way for this retreat. That's a different experience possibly for an EntheoGEM Erotic Edition.
Nature
Our retreat is set in a tranquil, quiet natural setting, to give you space from the stimulation of city life. Some of our time together will be outside in nature, enjoying the wisdom and majesty of this precious planet.
Other Surprises
The element of surprise is an important element of surrender and for stepping into the mystery. If we told you everything that was going to happen, we'd ruin the surprise ;)

We aim to make this retreat available for various means, so we offer several tiers for accommodations.

for 3 full days of programming (spread over 4 days) and includes all rituals and an intake call.

*We recommend giving yourself some space after the retreat if possible to gently integrate back into your world. If you can take Monday off from work and responsibilities, we recommend you giving yourself the gift of space.
